Admission Qualification

Six years old（Must be born from 2017.4.2 to 2018.4.1）

Application (You can apply in person at the school although we recommend that you apply online to save your time)

①Submit at school

Please prepare an email address for us to email you the examination time and a password for you to view the examination results online.

Submit the filled out application form with two copies of ID photos; 5cm high, 4cm wide, including items below to the school office.

*Application office hours are from 9am to 4pm, from Monday to Friday.

• The examination fee is 15,000 yen.
• Envelope with your postal address placing a 664 yen stamp.

Please ensure to receive an admission ticket and the instruction about the examination day.

Visit the online examination result page online and confirm the result on the day of announcement of examination results.

*The examination result will be mailed.

②Online application

Preparation for the online application

・Please have an ID photo ready.

【ID photo requirements】

・The image format must be either of jpg, png or jpeg and the image file size must be under 10MB.

・Upper body, uncapped.

・Taken within the last 3 months to reflect your current appearance.

・Taken in front of a plain background in a light room.

・Please make sure to have your device, such as a PC, a smartphone or a tablet and a printer ready to print the admission ticket for the entrance examination.

・You can use a “multiple task copy machine” at a convenience store to print the admission.

The process from the online application to the examination day

• Visit this URL in one of the application periods.
• Click on the “Online application” button.
• Fill out the application form.
  　*Please have an ID photo ready by then.
• Click “Apply” button.
• The examination fee 15,000 yen must be paid.
  　　*The fee is not refundable once it's paid. 　　*Payment commission applies.
• Print the admission ticket and fill out required information.
• Bring the ticket on the day of examination.
• Visit the online examination result page and confirm the result on the day of announcement of examination results.
  *Notices of acceptance or rejection will be sent out in due course.

Inspection

Students will be decided by the performance of the examination and interview with parents.

Dress code for the interview

There is no dress code for the interview for either of the parents nor the students. Please feel free to dress in your own casual style.

Notice

• Applicants must visit the school with their parents.
• Please bring your admission ticket and sports shoes.
• We will not use the personal information for anything other than the examination.
• Our entrance application can be distributed at the school office or mailed. Please do not hesitate to ask. You can download an online application form from our website.
• If you have difficulty with examination due to the COVID-19 after submitting the application please contact us on 0742-26-2847, we will make an arrangement for your convenience.

Note

• Please visit here to confirm the school fees for 2022. The school fee for the next year onwards might be changed in economic conditions.
• Facility and equipment fund 50,000 yen will apply besides the school fee in April, the entrance year.
• Any of the paid fees is non-refundable with any conditions.
• Please refrain from using a car to visit school on the examination day since we don't have a car park and non permitted space for parking cars around school.
• This year, classes are held on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of the month, and we are considering closing on Saturdays from next year onward.
• Typically, classes will not take place on Saturdays. However, there will be classes on more or less 10 Saturdays to accommodate school events.
